Wynette Chambers Tiner Willis, 89, of 836 Southside Drive, Blakely, GA passed away early this morning, May 31, 2018, at her home.Her funeral will be Monday, June 4, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home with the Rev. Sterling Jones officiating.Burial will be in the Blakely Cemetery with Danny Chandler, Ricky Taylor, Tony Taylor, Ned Taylor, Steve Taylor and Ronnie Skipper serving as pallbearers.Visitation will be Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Manry Jordan Homes Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m.She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Blakely and secretary for the school superintendent and Judge Phillip Sheffield.She was also a homemaker.
Wynette was born December 16, 1928 in Blakely, GA to the late Jim Bob Chambers and Clyde Taylor Chambers.Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands; Charles Lemuel Tiner and Julian Thomas Willis. Her survivors include a daughter, Pamela T. Miles and Bill of Helen, GA and a son, Alan Tiner of Blakely, GA.She is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Anna Tiner of San Francisco,CA, Allison Tiner of Warner Robbins, GA, Dustin Johnson and Jackie of Ft. Collins, CO and Crystal Johnson of Blakely, GA, and 7 great-grandchildren.
