Vaudine Nobles Smith

January 3, 1940 — March 28, 2019

Vaudine Nobles Oliver Smith, 79, of 1900 Mays Mill Rd, Blakely, Ga 39823 passed away at her residence Thursday afternoon March 28, 2019. Her funeral will be a Graveside Service Monday morning, April 1, 2019 at 11 AM in the Blakely Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Murkerson officiating.

Vaudine was born on January 3, 1940 in Blakely, GA to the late WaltNobles and Nettie White Nobles. She was a driver for the Southwest GeorgiaTransit Authority for many years. She was a member of the Sowhatchee Baptist Church but had been attending First Assembly of God Church of Blakely. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Roy Smith and by 3 sisters and 2 brothers.

Her survivors include 2 daughters: Cathy Oliver Milner and Hank of Cuthbert, GA and Cindy Oliver of Blakely; a son: Andy Oliver and Phyllis of Blakely; 2 sisters: Emma Jean Raper of Ft. Valley, GA and Nita Brooks of Gainesville, GA and 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren. Manry nieces and nephews also survive.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help assist the family with the cost of funeral expenses.
