Thomas Wayne Perry

Thomas Wayne Perry, 85, of Cedar Springs, Georgia went to be with his Savior on September 27, 2023. There will be a graveside visitation Saturday September 30, 2023 from 10-11am at Cedar Springs Cemetery in Cedar springs, GA, followed by a graveside service at 11am with Tommy Perry officiating the service. Thomas was a well-known and well-loved life-long resident of Early County. He loved Jesus, his grandkids, UGA football, and his goats. Thomas was born in Blakely, Georgia on June 26, 1938, to Hampton and Lucille Perry. In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Perry, and two sisters, Gloria June and Charlotte Perry. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Carol Hicks Perry, two children, Tiffany Thompson and Tommy Perry (Jamie), six grandchildren, Brittany Morgan, Chandler Thompson, Nolan Perry, Cassidy Perry, Claudia Perry, and Judson Perry as well as one great grandchild, Glory June Bailey. He is also survived by two brothers Dewey Perry and Charles Perry and five sisters Joanne Bush, Julia Christian, Ellen Taylor, Carole Leeds, and Deborah Harbuck. In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to either the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
