Thomas Frank Daniels, 79, of 310 Daniels Road, Arlington, GA 39813 passed away Monday morning, May 22, 2017 at home surrounded by his wife, Beverly Jones Daniels, and his beloved brother-in-law, Jack Carlton Jones. His funeral service be held at Arlington Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 24 2017 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Ryan Mason officiating. The interment will immediately follow at the Oak Grove Cemetery with Carl Jones, Duane Jones, Danny Everson, Doug Everson, Patrick Everson and Bryan Black serving as pallbearers.
Mr. Daniels was born on November 8, 1937 to the late Thomas Tennyson Daniels and Nina Elise Whiddon Daniels. Thomas Daniels was a simple man with a deep love for God and his family, which he demonstrated through his strong faith, encouraging attitude, and great sense of humor. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1959 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and was avid, lifelong Georgia Bulldog fan. He was a member of Arlington Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. He also served on the Early County Board of Commissioners, the Early County Tax Board, and the Hospital Authority of Early County, he was a board member at Southwest Georgia Academy, and he was a graduate of the Georgia Agri-leaders Forum Foundation. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Daniels Everson.
He is survived by Beverly Jones Daniels, his devoted wife of 57 years, and his daughter and son-in-law, Janet and David Guillebeau. He is also survived by his granddaughter and her husband, Laura Leigh and Charlie Stoudenmire of Nashville, TN; his granddaughter Beverly Guillebeau and her finance' John Inman IV, of Albany, GA; and his sister, Anita Yow, of St. Simons Island, GA.
