Terry David Tyson, 58, of Blakely passed away suddenly on Friday morning, June 19, 2020, while vacationing with his family in Panama City, FL.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22, 2020, at Blakely Cemetery.
Terry was born April 8, 1962 in Donalsonville, Ga. to the late James Lee Tyson and Hazel Philmon Tyson Love.He worked as a painter and roofer throughout the majority of his career and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandbabies.
Survivors include his wife, Pat Glover Tyson; a son, Terry D. Tyson, Jr. (Mollie) and their sons Tripp & Jack of Cuthbert, GA.; two daughters, Jessica Hancock (Aubrey) and their children Ryker & Ava of Blakely, and Amber Pierce (James) and their children Tyson & Sawyer of Headland, AL.; three brothers, Jimmy Tyson of Cuthbert, Eddie Love (Sherry) of Griffin, GA., and Ricky Love of Dawson, GA.; his sisters, Jo Ann Walker (Bill) of Daleville, AL., Judy Tyson of Blakely, Janet Woodall (Tony) of Shellman, GA., Lynne White of Albany, GA., Tammi Tyson of Albany, Teresa Glover (David) of Cuthbert, and Debbie Gibson of Buford, GA.; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by a sister, Jackie Tyson Love.
