Mr. Royce Charnell Watson, 84, of Blakely, GA died unexpectedly at his residence Tuesday evening, Nov. 14, 2017. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2107, at 11 a.m. at Roberts Cemetery on Highway 27 S. in Miller County, GA with Rev. Sterling Jones officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday evening, November 17, 2017, at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Mr. Watson was born on Feb. 26, 1933 in Bridgeboro, GA to the late Alexander Boyd Watson and Lucy Best Watson. He was a General Foreman for an Industrial Construction Company. He was of the Baptist Faith and a U. S. Army Veteran of the korean conflict.

His survivors include his wife: Margaret Avery Watson of Blakely, GA; a daughter: Debra Watson Sills of Blakely, 4 sons: Kenneth Edward Watson of Picayune, MS, Charles Watson of Ashford, AL, Carl Watson and Kevin Watson and Chrissy all of Blakely, GA; 19 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
