Roy Gerald Forehand, 68, formerly of Blakely, GA, passed away on June 2, 2019 at Select Medical Hospital in Tallahassee, FL.Interment of cremains will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at 1 p.m. in the Pine Lawn Gardens Cemetery, Cedar Springs Hwy, Blakely, GA at 1 p.m.

Mr. Forehand was born in Marianna, FL on October 5, 1950 to the late Kenneth Roderick Forehand, Sr. and Sara Douglas Forehand.He was of the Methodist faith and he was a retired Staff SGT. U. S. Army. Other than his parents he was preceded in death his wife, Joan Davis Forehand, one sister, Pat DePriest.

His is survived by one brother, Kenneth Forehand, Jr. of Bainbridge, Ga.
