Ronnie Eugene Chandler, 73, of Colquitt, GA passed away Thursday morning, June 20, 2019 at Habersham Home in Demorest, GA. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at 10 a.m. at Mother's Home Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Colquitt, GA with Rev. Tony Mock officiating.The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, June 21, 2019, at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home from 6 - 8 p.m.

Ronnie was born on March 11, 1946 in Winter Haven, FL to the late Ruby Elois Seago.He was a member of Mother's Home Freewill Baptist Church and he was a man who always had a smile on his face.Never was there a dull moment with him.He fought a long, hard battle with cancer for over 20 years and never gave up until the Lord said it's time to come home.

His survivors include one son, Justin Chandler and wife Gloria of Cornellia, GA, two daughters; Haley Chandler and Fiance' Will Winburn of Colquitt, GA and Kristy Torres of Tifton, GA.He is also survived by two sisters; Martha Jo Cox and husband Earl of Colquitt, GA, Dianne Chandler of Columbus, GA; one brother, Mike Seago and wife Cindy of Newville, AL and six grandchildren.
