Ronald “Ronnie” Williams, a resident of Blakely, Georgia, died Sunday morning, August 13, 2023, at SE Health in Dothan, AL. He was 69. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home, with Reverend Evan Kohen officiating.nThe family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday morning. Ronnie was born in Blakely, Georgia to the late John Wesley Williams and Marie Inez Montfort Williams. He was a lifelong resident of Early County. Ronnie retired from Birdsong Peanut Company after 30 plus years as the Maintenance Superintendent. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Ronnie had a passion for wheeling and dealing after going to a “sale” and he loved to dance. Surviving relatives include his wife, Denise McDaniel Williams; three daughters, Tonya Wilkerson (Mark), Jakin; Samantha Taylor (Clay), Blakely; NaTasha Hancock, Blakely; one son, Ronnie Williams (Carlee), Headland, AL; two stepsons, Preston Danley, Blakely; Brandon Danley, New Mexico; two sisters, Ada Williams Alligood (Jackie: deceased),Middleburg, FL; Brenda Nalls (John), Colquitt; nine grandchildren, Tyler Satterfield, CJ Taylor, Ryan Williams, Casey Taylor, Riley Taylor, Conner Cook, Taylor Taylor, Colby Hancock, Wesley Williams; five great-grandchildren.
