Robert Thomas Morgan, 82, 0f 315 Pioneer Rd., Arlington, GA 39813, passed away Saturday evening, April 13, 2019 in the Early Memorial Nursing Home. His funeral will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 3 PM in the Leary Baptist Church with Pastor Craig Layton officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation staring at 2:30 PM at the church.
Serving as pallbearers are; Joel Hudgins, Truett Smith, Wayne Lawson, Frank Lee Farmer, Jimmie Peterson and Jonathon Thorne.

Mr. Morgan was born on September 26, 1936 in Lithonia, GA to the late Thomas Chalmers Morgan and Lula Mae Humphries Morgan. He retired from Southern Concrete of Albany, GA and was a member of the Leary Baptist Church. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Sue Roberts Morgan; 2 sisters: Mary Kate Brantley and Lula Spain and by 2 brothers: Harvey and James Morgan.

Mr. Morgan is survived by a daughter: Valerie Sue Morgan of Morgan, GA; 3 sons: John Alan Perrine and Sharon of Morgan, GA, James Arthur Perrine and Barbara of Arlington, GA and Robert Chalmers Morgan and Selina of Leary; a sister: Martha Morgan of Lithonia, GA and a brother: Curtis Morgan and Brenda of Conyers. There are 17 grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren.
