Peggy Grimsley Eubanks

Peggy Grimsley Eubanks, 85, of Edison, GA passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Edison Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Salem Cemetery. Rev. Gary Hadden will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 3-5 PM at the Funeral Home. Pallbearers being asked to serve are Dr. Cary Alderman, Dr. Troy Alderman, Brent Alderman, Jerome Martin, Dr. Jason Miller, and Mark Miller. Honorary Pallbearers are Barry Bell, Willis Duval, Sr., Marian Lane, Neil Lowe, Joe Jackson, John McGriff, Frank Miller, Reeves Lane, Aldean Owen, Richard West, Zeke Miller, Jacob Miller, and Ken Payton. Peggy was born in Blakely, GA to the late James Hubbard Grimsley and Lula Mae White Grimsley, and lived in the area all her life. She was a homemaker and member of Edison Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bennie Arlen Eubanks, son, Tim Eubanks, and sisters, Joann Alderman, and Joy Crozier. Survivors include, granddaughter, Taylor Jacobs (Lee) of Leesburg, GA, great grandchildren, Rylee Jacobs, and Bankston Jacobs. Nephews Buddy Alderman (Rena) of Blakely, GA and their children, Cary Alderman (Stacy), Troy Alderman (Carly), and Brent Alderman (Kendall), James Alderman (Lynn) of Blakely, GA and their children, Heather Alderman, Miranda Thompson (Don), and Taylor Dean (Kyler), Jamey Crozier (Jill) of Jacksonville, FL, Josh Crozier (Shelley) of Cummings, GA and their children Paige and Brooks Crozier also survive. In lieu of flowers, family asks that honorariums be made to Edison Baptist Church Bereavement Fund, 19530 Hartford St E Edison, GA 39846.
