Nellie Mae Hussey Mote, 87, of 14833 Highway 37, Edison, GA, passed away Friday morning, August 10, 2018, at her residence.A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 10 AM in the Dickey Presbyterian Church Cemetery in the Dickey Community with Rev. David Crowdis officiating.

Mrs. Mote was born on October 26, 1930 in Donalsonville, GA to the late Melissa Cox Hussey and Mr. Hussey.She was a seamstress for many years and retired from the Ithica Textile Company in Edison, GA.She was a member of the Dickey Presbyterian Church.Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Rubin Judson Mote andthree brothers; Jim, Roy and Jake and two sisters; Mary and Lee.

Her survivor is her daughter Peggy Harper of Blakely, GA.
