Michele Farrow Turpin

Michele Farrow Turpin, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 16th, 2024, at the age of 59. Born on Sunday, July 11th, 1965, in Bradenton, FL, Michele touched the lives of many with her kindness, dedication, and unwavering spirit, as well as living a life full of spunk and sass. Michele spent many years working in the local peanut mill industry, where she was known for her hard work and camaraderie. Her colleagues remember her fondly as a devoted and steadfast worker who brought warmth and laughter to the workplace. Michele is survived by her loving children: Courtney Ramble (Terry) of Richmond Hill, GA; Jack Farrow (Chelsey) of Riceboro, GA; Collin Turpin of Riceboro, GA; Leigh Franklin of Cuthbert, GA; Samantha Turpin of Ranbune, AL; and Jamie Dunaway of Cuthbert, GA. She was the cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren, whose countless memories of joy and love they will hold close to their hearts. She is also survived by her dear brother, Brian Lee Walden of California, and her father Frank Hancock. Michele was preceded in death by her husbands, Timmy Blaine Farrow and James Sydney Turpin, mother, Barbara Walden Pearson, and sister, Cindy Sue Varnum. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 20th, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Cordray Mill Cemetery, Rev Brent Griffin will officiate. The family will receive friends at Manry Jordan Hodges on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 6:00-8:00 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home.
