Max Christopher Ellis

Max Christopher Ellis, a beloved father, son, and friend, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the age of 62. Max was born on October 27, 1962, in Orlando, Florida. He spent his final years in Fort Gaines, Georgia. Max was the devoted son of Howard Mitchell Ellis, who survives him, and the late Patricia Shelhorn Ellis. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Andrew Ellis and Howard Ellis, Jr. A dedicated and hardworking individual, Max spent his career as an Auto Salvage Manager. His commitment to his work was matched only by his love for his family and friends. Max is survived by his loving daughter, Lindsey Van Dyke, and her husband Riley, of Orlando, Florida. He was a proud and doting father who cherished every moment spent with his daughter. Max also leaves behind several nieces. Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
