Martin Garrison Chambliss

Martin Garrison Chambliss, 39, of Blakely passed away peacefully at his parents’ residence, surrounded by family, on Monday, February 12, 2024. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Colomokee Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Joshua White will be officiating. There will be a Celebration of Life following the service at his parents’ residence in Kolomoki. Mr. Chambliss was born May 20, 1984 in Blakely, Ga. to Ronnie Joe and Barbara Cox Chambliss. He was the owner of Chambliss Construction and attended Colomokee Baptist Church. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with friends and family. In addition to his parents, Mr. Chambliss is survived by his wife, Amy McEntire Chambliss and daughter, Karlyn Dennard, both of Blakely, a sister, Jenny Dothard (Scott) of Jacksonville, Al., a brother, Joey Chambliss (Kammie) of Oxford, Al., and several nieces and nephews. Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
