Martha " Marty" Smith Chandler

Martha Eleanor Chandler "Marty", 89, of Cedar Springs, GA. passed away on Friday, December 9, 2022 at Seminole Manor Nursing Home. Marty was born October 7, 1933 in Blackberry, Kentucky to the late Frank and Ethel Smith. Marty was a descendant of the Hatfields and McCoy's feud. Survivors include; a son, Ricky Chandler(Faye) of Columbia, Al.; daughters, Terry Forman (Jan) of Pensacola, FL. and Tammy Miller (Michael) of Dothan, AL. ; nine grandchildren, Kristi Ullrich (Shawn), Kasie Marek (Brandon), Ricky Chandler, Jr., Brandon Chandler (April), Eric Chandler (Kayla), Chris Granger (Amanda), Mandy Granger, Tabitha Boyett (Vance), and Sara Griffin (Tommy); her great-grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth, Jaxon, Parker, Wyatt, Owen, Rylee, Collin, Bryson, Caden, Coleton, Corley, Lilly, Conner, Blake, Noah, Elodie, Alyssa, Alec, Ashton, and Zachary; and numerous extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Marty was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Chandler, her parents and siblings Frank Smith and Kermit Smith. The family would like to send a thank you to all the nurses and staff from Seminole Manor and Agape Hospice. There will be a graveside service on Tuesday December 13, 2022 at 2pm at Liberty Assembly of God Cemetery Blakely, GA with Rev. Billy Garrett officiating the service.
