The funeral service will be held at Southside Baptist Church on Friday, October 23, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Yancey Hartman officiating and T.G. Floyd, Greg Floyd, Keith Floyd, Taylor Floyd, Dr. Michael Clifford, and Ken Murphree serving as pallbearers.Interment will follow at Blakely Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home.
Lynn was born in Blakely on April 15, 1960 to Mrs. Ailene Tennille Clower and the late Leron Willie Clower.Raised in Arlington, GA, she was a '78 graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy and continued her education at Albany Technical College.From sharing philosophical advice to fishing with her grandsons, Lynn's life revolved around her family.She was a member of Southside Baptist and a beloved wife, mama, and nana.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her husband of thirty-nine years, Glynn Floyd; her daughters, Ashley Ward (Micah) and their children, Wyatt & Lawson of Blakely, and Jessica Haire (Jamey) of Donalsonville, GA along with numerous extended family members and friends.
