Larry Norman Phillips

Larry Norman Phillips, 67, of 176 Lincoln Ave., Fitzgerald, GA 31750, passed away early Saturday morning, August 6, 2016 in the Life Care Center in Fitzgerald. His family will be having a Memorial Service on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 2 PM in the Damascus Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Buren Womble officiating.

Larry was born on Nov. 2, 1948 in Hampton, GA to the late Cleveland Gordon Phillips and Clara Mae Brand Phillips. He was a painter in the construction business and was of the Baptist Faith. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Linda Mae Bradshaw and Frances Roberson and a brother: William Henry "Billy" Phillips.

His survivors include a sister, Grace Eberle of Belle Glade, FL, 2 nieces, Clara Ann Varnum of Damascus, Ga., Amy Hammack of Arlington, Ga. and 4 nephews, Johnny Bradshaw of Arlington, Ga., Howard Bradshaw and Mark Phillips of Blakely, Ga. and Greg Carden of Belle Glade, Fl.
