Larry Eugene "Rosie" Jackson, 62, of Blakely, GA passed away at his residence on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, following an extended illness.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at Flat Creek Baptist Church.Interment will follow in the church's cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00, prior to the service.

Larry was born on August 12, 1958 in Donalsonville, GA to the late Wilburn and Mary Fleming Jackson.He was a retired farmer and enjoyed fishing.Larry also operated a snow cone business for numerous years.In his younger years, he wrestled throughout the tri-state area with the Southeastern/Continental Championship Wrestling franchise.In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by four siblings, David Jackson, Jimmy West, Peggy Berry, and Agnus Koppie.

Survivors include his children, Jonathan Pugh, Brandy Phillips (Jason), Marie Garvin (Rodney), and Alex Jackson; six siblings, Edna Smith, Bobby Jackson (Elaine), Maggie McDowell (Roger), Earnie Jackson (Donna), Alice Jackson (Ronnie) , and Hazel Luper (Joe) ; thirteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
