Larry Eugene Evans, 62, passed away at his residence this morning, Monday, February 11, 2019.A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 11 a.m. with Dr. James Hilburn officiating. Active pallbearers will be Deuce Odom, Clay Willis, Terry Houston, Tyler Hampton, Greg Floyd and Randy McDonald. The family will receive friends for visitation in the Cedar Springs Freewill Baptist Church sanctuary from 10 until 10:45 a.m. His burial will be in the Cedar Springs Freewill Church Cemetery, Blakely, GA39823.

Mr. Evans was born in Donalsonville, GA to the late Emmett Eugene Evans and Cora Louise Jones Evans on August 9, 1956.Larry was of the Baptist faith and worked as a mechanic for SunSouth. He was also a volunteer fireman for the Blakely-Early County Fire Department, Blakely, GA.

He is survived by one daughter, Heather Evans and Fiance' Bryan Stine. He is also survived by two sisters; Linda Barton and Glenn, Clermont, FL, and Barbara Johnson of Blakely, GA and three brothers; Royce Evans , Earvin Evans and Dot, and Tommy Evans, all of Blakely, GA.He is also survived by one Grandson, Nicholas Evans.
