Kenneth T. White

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Thurber White. Kenneth was born on Monday, March 14th, 1966, in Samson, Alabama, and passed away on Sunday, December 15th, 2024, at the age of 58, at Flowers Hospital. Kenneth was a skilled and dedicated self-employed carpenter, known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail. Kenneth is survived by his loving children, Jessie Byrd (Ben) of Ft. Gaines, GA, and Joshua White of Samson, AL. He was a proud grandfather to Will Byrd, Kinsley Byrd, and Ethan Byrd, who brought immense joy to his life. Kenneth is also survived by his sister, Kathy Taylor of Samson, AL, and the mothers of his children, Dana Robinson of Samson, AL, and Lynn Cook of Mayhaw, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thurber White and Betty Carnley, and his sister, Betty Olene Puente. Kenneth's family and friends will forever cherish the memories they shared with him and the love he gave so freely. A graveside service to honor Kenneth's life will be held at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Fort Gaines, GA, on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, at 11:00 am. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate the life of a man who touched so many. Kenneth will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy will live on in the hearts of those he loved. Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
