Joseph W. Mote

Joseph W. Mote, Jr.-79 (Know as "Buddy, by his family members) died in his home December 10, 2021, in Edison, GA.
He was born on October 22, 1942 to Joseph W. Mote, Sr. and Anna Lou Todd Mote and has five siblings-
Jimmy Mote, Edison, GA, Eloise Mote Gandy, Dothan, AL, Kathy Mote Barham, Tallahassee, FL, Joanne Mote Ashley and Shirley Mote Coates of Albany, GA.
Mr. Mote was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Michael Mote.
He has three surviving children- Darrian Mote, LS, Misti Joann Mote and Erica Mote Fenner of Ohio.
He has thirteen grandchildren.
Mr. Mote was in the Army Reserves for approximately four years and was well known for work as an insurance agent in his hometown of Edison, GA.
There will be a private family memorial service at a later date.
