Jolene Ellen Adams, less two months old, of 11368 Highway 370, Blakely, GA. passed away at her residence on May 9, 2019.Her funeral will be Monday, May 13, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Flat Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Cory Thomas officiating.Burial will follow in the Flat Creek Baptist Church cemetery.The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, May 12, 2019, at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m.

Jolene Ellen Adams was born on March, 16, 2019 in Dothan, AL to Christopher Scott Adams and Joanna Catherine Holmes of Blakely, GA.

Other than her parents she is survived by her paternal grandfather, Jeffery Scott Adams of Blakely, GA, paternal great grandfathers, Jimmy Adams and Dan Brackin of Donalsonville, GA; maternal grandparents are Rhonda English of Adel, GA and James Holmes and Lynn Cox of Colquitt, GA; maternal great-grandfather Ronnie English of Blakely, GA and maternal great-grandmother, Kathy Love of Damascus, GA.
