Johnny Avirett, 63, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on October 25, 2021.A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021,at 10 a.m. at the Johnny Avirett family cemetery with Bro. Bill Sanders and Rev. Rawleigh Furney officiating. Pallbearers will be Mark Avirett,J. P. Love,Jonathan Davison, Skyler Suggs, Trystin Howard and Robert "Bubba" Suggs.
Johnny was born in DeLand, Floridaon January 17, 1958 to the late Curtis Paul Avirett and Peggy Ann Muffley Avirett.He loved to fish and hunt.The other things he loved most was singing gospel music with his greatest passion of seeing a lost soul won for the Lord.His greatest love was his family especially his wife of 40 years, Mrs. Linda.
Other than his parents he was preceded in death by brothers; Jerry Avirett and Tommy Avirett, two sisters;Debbie Williamson and Connie Love.
His survivors include his wife, Linda Avirett, three sons; Ronnie (Sarah) Suggs, Bobby (Jennifer) Suggs, Jimmy Suggs, one daughter Gail (Chris) Howard, ten grandchildren; Taylor Shahin (George), SkylerSuggs (fiance' Kendall Hardy) , Shanna Suggs, Jonathan Davison, Amber Suggs (fiance' Evan Thompson),Brandi Suggs,Robert"Bubba" Suggs, Adrial ( Michael) Cashwell, Trystin Howard (fiance' NatalieAplin), Kaitlyn Howard,two great granddaughters; London and Georgia, a brother Mark (Kim) Avirett, and a special nephew, J. P. ( Andrea Fallin) Love.
