John Robert Moseley

John Robert Moseley, 71, of Blakely, died Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at his home on Hwy. 62. He was born in Blakely on October 11, 1950, son of the late Ben and Jewell Lane Moseley. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. After graduating from high school, he married the late Stephanie Waller. He is survived by his son Benjamin Charles Moseley (Joanna) and grandsons Tristan and Wesley Moseley. He is also survived by his sister Priscilla Moseley Davis (Felix); a nephew, Lane Davis (Kelly); a great nephew Carter; a great niece, Laney; a niece Ginger Davis Holley (Zack); a great nephew Holden (Paige); a great nephew, Ryan (Hannah); a great nephew, Blake; a niece, Valarie Davis Mock (Ashley); and a great niece Addison. He drove long distance trucking for many years. He moved back to Blakely in 2019. A celebration of life service was held on Saturday November 19, 2022 at the Davis Pond. Memorials can be made to the First United Methodist of Blakely.
