Joe Lavon Jackson (34) passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019 at his residence. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April, 6, 2019 at 11 AM in the Springfield Baptist Church. Rev. Seth Smith officiating.
Mr. Jackson was born Dec. 20, 1984 in Early County, Ga. to Joe Lavon Glass and Marsha Gail Glass McCoullough . He was preceded in death by a brother: Jeffery Montgomery Jr.; Step-father: Thomas McCoullough; Paternal Grandparents: Joe Brown Glass and Roxie Glass; Maternal Grandfather: Willie Jim (Buddy) Glass.
He is survived by 2 Daughters: Madison Jackson of Donalsonville, Ga. and Addyson Connor of S.C. and by 2 Sons: David Jackson of Donalsonville, Ga. and Ethan Smith-Jackson of Cedar Springs, GA
Mother: Marsha Gail Glass McCullough of Blakely; Father: Joe Lavon Glass; 3 Sisters: Samantha Montgomery of Donalsonville, Ga., Tina Varnum (Eric) Iron City, Ga., Chelsey Glass of Lake Seminole, Ga. 3 Brothers: Eric Glass (Whitney) of Colquitt, Ga., Nick Glass (Tiffany) of Lake Seminole, GA and Joe Lavon Settles of Cuthbert, Ga. Maternal Grandmother: Ruth Glass of Blakely, Ga.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the funeral home to assist in funeral expenses.
