Jessie Mable Mcgriff

Jessie Mable McGriff of Blakely, GA passed away on August, 18, 2022 at Southeast Health, Dothan, AL. Mable was born September 30, 1940 in Early County GA to the late J. D. Peterson and Eunice Peterson. She was a member of While Plains Freewill Baptist Church in Lucile, GA. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Peggy Henry and one bother, Charles Peterson. Her survivors include one son, Scott McGriff (Nicole) and a grandson, Travis McGriff, one brother, Henry Peterson (Joan), and one sister-in-law, Carol Peterson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2022, at 4 p.m. at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery, Highway 37 North, Ft. Gaines, GA.
