Jena V "Judy" Gibson, 57, of 5968 Damascus-Hilton Rd. Blakely, GA 39823 died suddenly early Tuesday morning at her residence. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home.

Judy was born on May 13, 1960 in Arcadia, FL to the late Harvey Lawrence and Mary Jane Brock Lawrence Keen. She was the Store Manager for Quick Buys here in Blakely for many years, having worked there for over 20 years.

Her survivors include her husband George Avery Gibson of Blakely; a daughter, Jena Sue Gilbert and James of Arlington, GA; a son, George Avery Gibson, II and Fayla of Blakely, Ga. She also has 4 sisters; Elda Mae Vaillancourt of Wauchula, FL, Geneva Louise McKinney and Chester of Balm, FL, Emily Greenhaw and Dwight of Blakely, GA and Annie Eaton and Sam of Blakely, Ga. There are also 2 grandchildren; Kaylee Michelle Gilbert and Kaleb Gilbert, both of Arlington, GA.
