Jeffery Allen Rizer, 58, passed away at his residence, August 3, 2017.Jeffery was born in Blakely, GA, December 24, 1958, to the late Donald and Dorothy Ann Duke Rizer.He was an inspector for Federal State Inspection Service, Blakely, GA. The family is holding a Celebration of Life Memorial on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Bluffton Community Center, Bluffton, GA at 3 p.m. with Chris Brooks and family members speaking..All friends and family are welcome to attend.

He is survived by two sisters, Glenda R. Ellis and Tracy Rizer; one brother, Tony Rizer and Tammy all of Blakely, GA.He is survived by a niece, Peyton McDonald, of Blakely and two nephews; Travis Ellis and wife Tracy, Bluffton, GA and Russell Ellis and wife Julie of Alabaster, AL. He also has 1 great niece and 3 great nephews surviving.
