Mr. Herman Monday, 70, of 7 Bob White Ave., Blakely, Ga. 39823, passed away Friday morning, March 24, 2017 at the Pioneer Community Hospital of Early in Blakely, Ga. His remains have been cremated and his ashes will be buried in the family plot in the Blakely Cemetery.

Herman was born on July 7, 1946 in Donalsonville, Ga. to the late Otha Monday and Nancy Glass Monday. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War and retired as a service station attendant. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Delmer and James Monday.

His survivors include a daughter: Hope Cleveland and husband Joe of Colquitt, GA and a son: Mike Monday of Panama City, FL. He also has 2 sisters: Grace Love and Carl and Thelma James, all of Blakely and 2 brothers: Jimmy Monday and Brenda of Ozark, AL and Roy Monday and Brenda of Blakely. There are also 5 grandchildren.
