Glenda Cochran Wright

Glenda Cochran Wright, 74, of Blakely passed away peacefully on November 8, 2023 at her daughter's home surrounded by her loving family. Glenda was born on November 19, 1948 in Blakely, Georgia to the late Hollis Cochran and Lillie Mae Cochran. She was retired from Farley Nuclear Plant and Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home. She was a beloved member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ed Wright, sister-in-law Diane Cochran and son-in-law Mark Pfalzgraff. She is survived by her daughters Tammy Pfalzgraff and fiance Dennis Durham, Tiffany Temples and husband Michael, granddaughters Paige Pfalzgraff and Hannah Grace Temples, brother Herman Cochran and wife Janice, niece Angel Cochran Cooper and her children Austin and Baxley Williams and her precious dog Mattie, who never left her side. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 10, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor Joshua Richards officiating. Burial will follow at White Plains Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 pm at the church prior to the service. Active pallbearers will be Jim Carver, Rocky Waldron, Dennis Durham, Jack Davis, Jim Copp, and Spencer Rice.
