Batman was born on December 6, 1955 in Colquitt, GA to the late Mr. George Shiver Kelley and to his mother, Sarah Josephine Norman Kelley of Lake Seminole, GA.He was the Overseer of the Collins/Mulherin Hunting Lodge and Big Pond, Inc.He was also self-employed in the lawn care business.Other than his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Milton Eugene Kelley.
His survivors include his mother, Sarah Kelley of 8045 Lake Joan Drive, Donalsonville, GA; a brother, Richard Tony Kelley of Baconton, GA, 4 uncles, John Edward Norman, SR, L. W. Norman, JR, Marlee Norman, Greg Norman; numerous aunts; Nephews, Ed Norman, Jr., M. J. Kelley, 3 great nephews; Jacob, Levi and Fo Fo Kelley, Niece, Nicole Kelley, great niece, Lexie Kelley, special friends, Dr. William B. Mulherin, Jeanne Taylor and Robert, Terri Kimler, Debbie Kimler and Patty Dowdy,Little Man Menette, Fredrick and BooBoo Williams.
