Franklin Daniel (Frank) Cowan of Webb, Al, passed away June 10, 2017 in Niceville, FL at

Frank was born on June 1, 1936 in Geneva, AL. He attended Auburn University and was a Retired former Owner/Operator of Tel-Comm Inc. with his business partner, Charles DeLoach.Frank is survived by a son, Andy Cowan of Blakely, GA, a sister, Betty Sue Pascher of Shalimar, FL, a sister-in-law, Edna Cowan of Geneva, AL and an Aunt, Geraldine Cowan of Geneva, AL.

Mr. Cowan was preceded in death by his parents, by a son, David Lonnie Cowan and a brother: Sonny Cowan.
