Frances Culpepper Billings, 92, of 12405 Highway 200, Damascus, Ga, passed away at her residence this morning, July 24, 2019.A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 27,2019, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home with Rev. Jean Watson officiating.The family will receive friends for visitation starting at 10 a.m.

Mrs. Billings was born July 23, 1927 in Pelham, GA to the late James Lloyd Culpepper and Addie Laura Murphy Culpepper.She graduated from Pelham High School and was a member of the Damascus Methodist Church.She had retired as a bookkeeper/sales clerk for The Surprise Store in Donalsonville, GA.

Her survivors include a daughter, Lynn B. Robinson, of Damascus, GA, a sister, Lynette Crawford of Thomasville, GA and a brother, James Culpepper of Pelham, GA.There are also two granddaughters; Ivy Laura Robinson of New Orleans, LA and Paige Robinson of Birmingham, AL.

The family has requested no flowers and no food be sent to the house or funeral home.
