Elizabeth Wilkerson Collier, 86, of 660 Keaton Drive, Damascus, Ga 39841, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the Willson Hospice House in Albany, Ga. Her funeral will be held Thursday, June 8, 2017 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home in Blakely, GA with Dr. Alex Howell officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation from 3 PM up until the funeral time of 4 PM. Burial will follow in the Blakely Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny Gilbert, John Collier, Matthew Collier, Christopher Collier, Doug George and Johnny Phillips.

Ms. Collier was a member of the Damascus United Methodist Church of Damascus, GA andwas retired as a secretary from the Brew-Schneider Textile Plant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Mercer Collier, Sr.

Her survivors includea son, Thomas M. Collier, Jr. of Damascus, GA. ; 2 daughters, Dr. Diane Collier of Dothan, Al, Dr. Kaye Collier Bryan and her husband Tommy of Leesburg, GA. She also is survived by anephew,Dr. John Collier and his wife Diane of Seneca, SC , a niece, Jane Collier Gilbert and her husband Johnny of Pickens, SC. She also has 3 grandchildren: Charles Clinton Hudson of San Antonio, TX, Thomas Matthew Collier and his wife Lindsey of Perry, GA, Christopher Benjamin Collier of Damascus, Ga and a step grandson, Thomas L. Bryan and his wife Caroline of Brentwood, TN. She also has 2 great grandchildren: Elizabeth Nicole Hudson and Katherine Emily Hudson of San Antonio, TX.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to either the Damascus United Methodist Church, % Jacki Lambert, 8269 Old Damascus Rd., Damascus, GA 39841 or to the Willson Hospice House, 320 Foundation Ln. Albany, GA. 31707.
