Earnestine Palmer Tatum, 59, passed away August 21, 2016 at her residence in Bluffton, GA.Visitation will be held at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home, Blakely, GA, Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
Earnestine was born October 26, 1956 in Blakely, GA to the late Charlie George Palmer, Sr. and Helen Mitchell Palmer.She was a member of Bluffton Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Stacey Lynn Green and a sister, Ellen Whaley.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Tatum, Bluffton, GA and two sons, Steven and (wife Cheri) Tatum, Blakely, GA. and Joshua and (wife Amanda) Tatum, Bainbridge, GA.; three Granddaughters, Allison Nicole Tatum, Mary Helen Tatum and Lillian Elizabeth Lynn Tatum.She is also survived by one brother, Charlie George Palmer, Jr., Augusta, GA, and three sisters, Shirley Rainey, Ashford, AL, Priscilla Hromalik and (husband Donnie), Blakely, GA, and Betty Harrell, Blakely, GA.
