Mrs. White was born , December 13, 1926, in Blakely, GA, to the late Lester Eugene George and Annie Sue McNair George.She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Blakely and was a homemaker.Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Allen White, Sr., and a sister, Elnyr Chalker.
Her survivors include a daughter, Kathy W. Widener, two sons; Allen White and Theresa and Larry White and Carolyn all of Blakely, GA.She has three sisters; Virginia G. Cain, Martha Jean G. Middleton and Wynelle G. Roberts all of Blakely, GA and a brother, Marvin L. George and Barbara of Gainesville, GA. She has five grandchildren; Brian Widener of Atlanta, GA, Amanda Broyles and David of Valdosta, GA, Matthew White of Blakely, GA, Lamar White and Erica of Fairhope, AL, and Kevin White and Allison of Adairsville, GA.There are also 5 great-grandchildren.
