Doris Underwood Reed

Doris Underwood Reed, 90, passed away at her residence in Smyrna, Ga on October 29, 2019. Her family chose for her cremation to be done with a local funeral home and have no service plans for here in Blakely.

Doris was born on March 1, 1929 in Perry, FL to the late Henry McCloud Underwood and the late Gladys Wetzel Underwood. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Blakely. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elton Austell Reed.

She is survived by a daughter, Susan Elizabeth Smith of Smyrna and a son, Mark Austell Reed, also of Smyrna, GA and 2 grandchildren.
