Connie Louise Avirett Love, 54, passed away at her home on Thursday morning, June 22, 2017.Her funeral will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Chapel of Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home with Rev. Rawleigh Furney and Rev. Ronald Waters officiating.Active pallbearers will be Johnny Love, Mark Avirett, Alfredo Ortiz, Chris Howard, Ben Williamson, Britt Price, Luke Lawson and Chis Avirett.Honorary pallbearers will be Britton Jackson, Luis Rivas, Bobby Suggs and Justin Turner.Burial will follow at the Blakely Cemetery.The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home.

Connie was born July 3, 1962 to the late Curtis Paul Avirett and Peggy Ann Muffley Avirett.She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Avirett.Her survivors include her husband, Paul Love; two daughters, Christina Ortiz and husband Alfredo of Blakely, GA, and Julie Rivas and husband Luis of Leary, GA; one son, Johnny Paul "J.P." Love and fiance' Amanda of Blakely, GA.She is also survived by one sister, Debbie Williamson; three brothers, Tommy Avirett and wife Charlene, and Johnny Avirett and wife Linda, and Mark Avirett and fiance' Kim all of Blakely, GA.
