Cindy Sue Varnum, 51, of 21327 Hwy 45, Arlington, GA 39851, passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Her funeral will be held Saturday morning, June 2, 2018 at 10 a.m., in the Chapel of Manry Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home with Eddie Watson officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Memorial Gardens in Donalsonville, Ga.Pallbearers are Tony Morris, Blake Martin, Josh Hilton, David Mosely, Skylor Tucker and Andy Elliott. The family will receive friends for visitation Friday evening from 6 until 8 PM at Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home in Blakely.

Cindy was born on May 5, 1967 in Bradenton, FL to the late Barbara Louise Walden Pearson and her father Frank Hancock of North Carolina. She was an RN working in Labor and Delivery in the Donalsonville Hospital. She formerly was a hospice nurse with Kindred Hospice.

Her survivors include her husband: Freddy Varnum of Arlington, 2 sons: Brandon Scott Aycock and Katie Lynn of Donalsonville, GA, Cody Aycock and Kimberly of Arlington, Ga; a daughter-in-law: Jessi Tucker of Albany, GA, a sister: Michelle Turpin and James of Albany, GA and a brother: Lee Walden of California. There are also six grandchildren: Ryan, Jase, Alyx and Dani Aycock and Addison and Dane Tucker.
