Carolyn Davis Ingle, age 75, of Blakely, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Saturday, November 20th,1948 in Albany, Georgia. Carolyn was a beloved mother to sons Gary Scott Ingle Jr., Timothy Howard Ingle, David Anthony Ingle (Aimee) and daughter Christina “Tina” Marie Bridges (Taylor). She was a cherished Mema to 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Carolyn is also survived by her brother Frank Davis (Edith) and sisters Brenda Gordon (Buddy), Debra Hurley (Eddie), and Elizabeth Clemons (Adam). She is preceded in death by her husband Gary Scott Ingle, parents Charles Lee Davis and Hazel Bentley Davis, and brothers Milton Davis, Fred Davis, David Davis, and James Davis. Carolyn worked as a Quality Control Supervisor for John B. Sanfilippo Peanut until retirement. She was dedicated to her work and known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 23rd,2024 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 24th,2024 at 10:00 am at Cuba Presbyterian Church, officiated by Rev. Adron Ingle (Grandson) and Rev. Wade Spooner. Interment will follow at Blakely Cemetery. Eddie Gordon, Bryant Fagan, Austin Gordon, Brannon Fagan, Jace Ingle, and Randy Downing will serve as pallbearers, with Buddy Gordon, Eddie Hurley, and Adam Clemons as honorary pallbearers. Arrangements are provided by Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home. Carolyn will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
