Bobby Ray Smith, 84, of 17045 Cedar Springs Road, Lot # 9, Blakely, GA passed away this morning, September 19, 2018 at his daughter's home in Dothan, AL.There will be a graveside service on Saturday, September 22, 2018, at 11 a.m. EDT at the Blakely Cemetery with Rev. Jerome Harbert officiating. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, September 21, 2018,from 7-9 p.m. EDT at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home, Blakely, GA.

Mr. Smith was born, February 1, 1934, in Gadsden, AL to the late Raymond Albert Smith and Mary Lethco Smith.He was the former owner of Smith Roofing Company.Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons; Bobby Russell Smith and Clifton Raymond Smith; 9 brothers and one sister.

His survivors include two daughters; Donna Smith and Tracey Oliver, both of Dothan, AL; two sons, John Smith, Dothan, AL and David Smith, Blakely, GA; one brother, Wayne Smith of Steele, AL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
