Bobby Craft

Bobby Craft, 61, of Blakely, GA, passed away Wednesday night after a long-fought battle with cancer, July 13, 2022, in a family home. His funeral will be held on Saturday July 16, 2022, at 10 a.m. at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home, Blakely, GA with Danny Brewer officiating. Pallbearers include Craig Gordon, Dustin Land, Tommy Temples, Wendall Craft, Hardy Dollar, Tim Tinson and Mike White. Honorary Pallbearers are Lance Eubanks and Cameron Nunley. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, July 15, 2022, from 5-7 p.m. at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home, Blakely, GA. The family is gathering at the home of Freddy and Tiffany Varnum, 150 Hilton Drive Blakely, Ga. Bobby was born March 3, 1961, to the late Leroy and Ruth Craft. He spent his life looking out for his kids, grandkids, and his siblings. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, fishing, and hunting. Bobby was well known within the Blakely community, never met a stranger, and was always joking and smiling. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 sister, Barbara Craft Griffin, and 4 brothers, Roger, Ed, Jody and Jimmy Craft, all of Blakely. His survivors include one son, Bobby Lee Craft (Stevie) of Blakely, Ga, two daughters, Tiffany Varnum (Freddy) of Blakely, Ga and Becky Conner (Derick) of Ailey, Ga, Step-children Amber Tinson (Tim), Summer and Alyssa Sanders, and seven grandkids, Aiden and Havana Craft, George Adams, Owen Conner, Tiffany Abigail and Griffin Bobby Varnum and Isaiah Tinson. He is survived by 1 brother, Steve Craft (Filena) of Blakely and 3 sisters-in-law Brenda Craft, Linda Craft, and Delia Craft as well as 16 nieces and nephews and countless honorary children, nieces, and nephews.
