Bob Elliot Brown

Bob Elliot Brown, 66 , of Donalsonville, Ga, passed away on Wednesday October 4, 2023 at Noland Health in Dothan, AL, surrounded by his loving family. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at the Bluffton Cemetery, Bluffton, GA with Mr. Harris Brown speaking. The family will receive friends at the Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home from 1-2:00pm prior to services. Bob loved fishing, hunting and most any honey-do project. He served his community as a local mail carrier for 40 years, allowing him to scope out the best fishing spots along the mail route. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family. Bob was born in Edison, Ga, on May 15, 1957 to the late Melvin and Mary Mercer Brown. Preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Alvin Brown. Survivors include his loving wife, sharing 24 years together, Felicia (Sissy) Cross Brown, daughter, Chelsea Brown and step-daughter, Lexi Cross, step-grand-daughter Casen Smith.
