Billy Frank Alday, 62, of 894 Cattle Gap Road, Weston, GA 31832, passed away at his residence on June 3, 2019. His funeral will be a graveside service Wednesday morning, June 5, 2019, in the Blakely Cemetery, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Yancey Hartman officiating.

Billy was born on December 30, 1956 in Blakely, Georgia to Billy Ray Alday and Rebecca White Philmon. He was a self-employed painter and of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Ray Alday.

His survivors include his parents: Billy Ray Alday of Cedar Rapids, Iowa,his mother, Rebecca White Philmon of Weston, GA, a daughter, Anna Philmon Masters and Dustin of Warwick, Ga, a son, Frank Philmon of Atlanta, Ga, and a sister, Diane Eidson and Ray of Weston, GA.
