Betty Joyce Roberts Pullen, 85, of 320 Metts Lane, Damascus, Ga 39841, passed away Saturday evening at the Heritage House in Blakely, GA. Her funeral will be held Monday, November 25, 2019, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Pullen and Rev. Doug Hall officiating. Burial will follow the funeral in the Pine Lawn Gardens Cemetery with Nathan Pullen, Joseph Pullen, Justin Wyatt, Will Avera, Scott Pearson and Jason West. Visitation will be held starting at 1 p.m. Monday prior to the funeral.

Mrs. Pullen was born on December 26, 1933 in Monroe, LA, to the Carl Daniel Roberts and Arthur Lene Sutton Roberts West.Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lynn Pullen, Sr. and a sister, Rosa Brunson.She was a member of Damascus Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Her survivors include 4 sons; Robert Pullen, Jr. and Harriett of Troy, AL, Lamar Pullen and Legwynn of Damascus, GA, Mike Pullen of Damascus, GA, and Mark Pullen and Pamela of Troy, AL, a sister, Janice Eastman and Harold of Tallahassee, FL, two brothers; Eston Eugene Roberts of Cedar Mountain, NC and Gary West and Sharon of Damascus, GA.She has 7 grandchildren; Nathan Pullen and Joseph Pullen, Troy, AL, Jared Pullen and Jennifer of Banks, AL, Dana Wyatt and Justin of Geneva, AL, Michelle Avera and Will of Leesburg, GA, Matthew Pullen of Stillwater, OK and Joey Pullen, Albany, GA.She also has 6 great-grandchildren; Daniel Lamar Pullen, Hunter Wyatt, Maci Wyatt, Liam Avera, Owen Avera and Emma Pullen.
