Barbara Craft Griffin, 58, of Donalsonville passed away at the Donalsonville Hospital,December 17, 2016.Visitation will be Monday, December 19, 2016, at Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home from 6 - 8 p.m.Her funeral will be held Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at Lake Seminole Baptist Church, at 2 p.m. with Revs. David Pace and Glenn Elmore officiating.Burial will follow at the Blakely Cemetery with Keith Craft, Jody Michael Craft, John Craft, Bobby Joe Craft, Wendell Craft and Derrick Craft serving as pallbearers.
Mrs. Griffin was born June, 26, 1958in Atlanta, GA to the late Leroy Craft and Ruth Cox Craft. Barbara was a member of Lake Life Church of God, Donalsonville.She was employed with Piggly Wiggly Grocery Store in Donalsonville as a meat wrapper in the meat department.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by a step-son Perry Griffin, Jr. She was also preceded in death by two brothers;Edd Craft and Roger Craft.
She is survived by her husband, Perry DeWayne Griffin, Sr. of Donalsonville, a daughter, Nichole Whittaker and Jeremy of Donalsonville, and a son, David Chad McFay and fiance' Kimberly Hunter, Edison, Ga.There are also, four step daughters; Priscilla Ann Baker and Larry, Westville, Fl, Evyonne Garrett and Kim, Jacksonville, FL, Linda Sue Coleman and Brian, Columbia, SC, Michelle Griffin, Bainbridge, Ga. She has four brothers; Jody Craft and Dee Dee, Jimmy Craft, Bobby Craft and Steve Craft all of Blakely, and three granddaughters; Bailey Grace Whittaker,Maison Cole Whittaker and Kaylynn Hunter; 13 Step-grandchildren and several Great-grandchildren.
