Mrs. Ariel Wismiller Enfinger, 81, of Blakely passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, August 17, 2020.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2020, at the chapel of Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home followed by a private interment at Centerville Methodist Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 prior to the service.
Mrs. Ariel was born on September 12, 1938 in Hinsdale, IL to the late Charles Fredrick and Dorothy Mae Stalnecker Wismiller.She worked as a bookkeeper in her younger years after completing trade school and had a charming sense of humor.Mrs. Ariel enjoyed tending to her plants, especially her African violets and blueberry bushes, along with spending time outdoors.
Survivors include her three daughters, Nancy Hoppe of Blakely, Kathy Burch (Patrick) of Colquitt, GA, and Stephanie Winslett (Mark) of Cowarts, AL; three sons, John Millsap of Blakely, Scottie Enfinger (Sara) of Dothan, AL, and Bill Humes (Ronnie); three brothers, Grant Eastling, Chuck Wismiller, and Claude Wismiller; eight grandchildren, Henry Millsap (Jessica), Charles Humes, Susan Humes, Hayden Enfinger, Avery Enfinger, Rachel Anthony (Clint), Luke Winslett, and Aaron Winslett; and six great-grandchildren, Ian, Cole, Alexis, Conner, Danielle, and Brooks.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Allen Enfinger, and two sisters, Caroline Jullian and Mary Harryman.
